I just started precepting at St. Joseph's on 4N (0ncology). I love, love, love my preceptor (Sue Solbach). I am learning so much, and after the 3rd 12 hour shift, I thought for the first time, "I can do this." it is a wonderful feeling. I do definitely have things that I feel like i need to improve upon, like making sure I get everything done in the room so that i don't have to keep bugging the patient. But overall, i am feeling very good. . . . . .For now!
